My mum passed away on 5th March 2013. This was the hardest thing I have ever had to cope with, arranging my mum’s funeral. Amongst losing her my sister and myself had to clear her home and try to arrange a funeral. My sister found this company, Pearce Funeral Services, they are the most kindest people. 

When you’re suffering a great loss you need a little time to adjust and a lot of consideration to what has happened. Pearce’s have been patient, polite and everything was just right for my mum, I know she would have been pleased with the send off. 

I wish to say thank you mostly to John Pearce who was dealing with mum’s funeral, you have been wonderful to the family and myself. I would give this funeral service a 10 star for all over service. Thank you so much.

Just wanted to thank you for the fantastic service that you have given to my children with regards to their father, who’s funeral took place today at Kingsdown Crematorium.

My eldest daughter Lisa had said what a lovely person you were and how you had made her feel so at ease when she initially spoke with you. When I first met you a day or so later, I saw for myself exactly what she meant. You were so welcoming, so calming and so professional in all you did.

When I came to the chapel of rest, again you were welcoming and so understanding and again today at the funeral.

You do a difficult job exceedingly well. This is the first funeral I have had to organise, and you managed to relieve a lot of the trauma and smooth the way in a very calm and organised manner.

It was with such trepidation that we returned from our last visit to Ann in hospital. Turning to you for assistance with final arrangements removed all the worry and hassle for us associated with the funeral.
