You do a difficult job exceedingly well. This is the first funeral I have had to organise, and you managed to relieve a lot of the trauma and smooth the way in a very calm and organised manner.

My husband’s body needed to be brought from Wales to Swindon for the cremation and this was dealt with dignity and compassion as were the rest of the arrangements.
