We understand how difficult a time it can be to arrange the funeral of a loved one, as well as considering covering the costs.
In recognition of this we will never ask for any type of deposit or ‘upfront fees’ before a funeral service takes place. We allow those using our services the time to arrange your finances, providing a detailed estimate of the funeral cost before the service takes place. This allows you to focus on the funeral ceremony, without a need to pay any deposit or upfront fees.
We will write to the family before the funeral confirming all dates, times and details of the arrangements and include a fully itemised estimate with the confirmations.
We do not require any type of deposit or ‘upfront’ payment. An invoice will be sent 7 days after the funeral.
