The process of arranging my husband's funeral from start to finish has been flawless. I felt that he was in safe hands throughout and the attention to detail was amazing. John and his Team were always just a phone call away and ensured all our requests were met. They were well prepared for every scenario and had a lot of patience and respect for everyone.
