The following article covers many of the decisions which your funeral director will be able to help you with but is not an exhaustive list.
As it is not always possible or practical for everyone to attend a funeral, we can arrange for video streaming to allow friends and relatives to participate from anywhere in the world.
Sending flowers to someone you care about when they are grieving, or as a tribute to a friend or loved one who has recently passed can be a great comfort. Such professionalism and attention to detail, my family and I cannot express enough our gratitude for the way you conducted my mother’s funeral arrangements. At a time when everything seems surreal and incomprehensible you guided us through a most difficult time with such gentlemanly dignity.
Every detail was attended to and nothing left to chance, everything was perfect for my mother’s farewell. You have set such a high standard that I would suggest many in this difficult business would struggle to emulate. I commend you for your work and will speak highly of your services to others.
Dear John, I am writing to once again thank you for the excellent service you provided my Mum in handling my Dad’s funeral. The service you and your staff, especially Dave, provided was I am sure second to none. I also want to thank you for the support you gave me and the rest of my family during what was of course a very difficult time.
I know my father would have deeply appreciated the way you treated all of us especially my Mum. You are a very kind man and I could never thank you enough.
